We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the Austrian alps. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and tea/coffee facilities, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The spacious room had a sitting area and a terrace, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The free toiletries were a nice touch, adding to the overall sense of luxury.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The apartment was really big (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) and arranged in a very modern style. Big balcony, fast internet access, free parking place in the garage. View over the mountains - beautiful and unforgettable. I strongly recommend to stay at AlpenParks.

My wife, my 3 years old daughter and I stayed in the Alpine Superior Penthouse (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) for 8 nights. It was just beautiful ! Right in the middle of Bad Hofgastein, close to everything. Highly recommended !!!
We had a few wasps in the apartment...

The ski holiday apartment was fantastic! The size was perfect for our large group, and it had all the amenities we needed to cook and relax during our downtime. The balcony provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The location was ideal, with the ski bus stopping just a short walk away. We loved being able to walk to the bakery and convenience stores, and the larger supermarkets were just a few minutes’ drive away. Plus, the ski-hold with a warmer for our boots and gloves made our experience even more enjoyable.
While we adored our ski holiday apartment, we did find it challenging to locate an open restaurant upon our arrival. We would recommend doing half-board to ensure a stress-free dining experience. Additionally, the ski school left a little bit to be desired, as the instructors weren't as friendly as those we’ve experienced in other destinations. Although, with the bus stop so close to the apartment, it was easy for us to venture out for skiing at a different location.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern apartment building. the location was perfect, with the pedestrian zone just a short walk away. the apartment was clean and well-appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen, fast wifi, and a lovely spacious terrace with mountain views. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with a travel cot and high chair. We also appreciated the garage parking and the large storage room for our ski equipment.
We found that some aspects of the ski school instruction were not as good as those we had encountered elsewhere.
